The history of Biscottificio Primavera begins in 1965 in Vallese di Oppeano (VR). From the beginning the company specializes in the production of Amaretti (Macaroons), Puff Pastries and Toscanucci; thanks to the intuition and passion of its founders, it contributes significantly to the growth in consumption in this market. The "passion" continues until 1993 with the insertion of a ladyfingers line followed in 1995 with the production of Panettoni and Pandori.
