Ladyfingers

A crumbly cookie made from flour, eggs and sugar, with an elongated stick shape and rounded ends.   This cookie is typically used to create traditional Italian desserts such as Tiramisu, Sponge cake and Charlotte.

It is also excellent to accompany creams, ice cream and hot drinks.
